Management of Limb Length Discrepancy

Limb length discrepancy (LLD) is a condition in which one leg is shorter or longer than the other. The difference may be present from birth, develop during childhood, or occur as a result of fractures, infections, growth disturbances, previous surgery, joint problems, or other orthopedic conditions.
